Temporary Disruption for Customers

Mon 10th & Tues 11th September 2018

We are upgrading our IT Systems on Monday 10th & Tuesday 11th September as part of our continual improvement programme of services and facilities.

 

CASH ONLY PAYMENTS

As a result of the IT upgrade, we will only be able to accept CASH PAYMENTS at the Sports Centres, within our Cafes and at Musselburgh Links, The Old Golf Course and Winterfield Golf Course, Dunbar on both Monday 10th & Tuesday 11th September 2018.

 

ONLINE SERVICES

The IT upgrades will also affect the ONLINE BOOKING system and JOIN AT HOME membership portal.

The ONLINE BOOKING and JOIN AT HOME systems will be unavailable to customers on both Monday 10th & Tuesday 11th September.

 

ONSITE BOOKINGS

On both Monday 10th & Tuesday 11th September will be only be able to accept bookings for same day activities.  

This is to ensure that we avoid complications and over-subscription of classes once the online bookings system is reactivated.
