FAST TRACK SWIM TEACHERS

Fast-Track Swimming Teachers: Dive straight in and get a qualification on the job.

Join us as a Fast-Track Swim Teacher and dive straight in by gaining to nationally recognised qualifications within your first 12 weeks.

If your application is successful we’ll put you through your Scottish Swimming Teaching Qualification (SSTQ) and National Rescue Award for Swim Teachers and Coaches (NRASTAC).

Help a wide range of ages and abilities learn how to swim in a fun, safe environment.

About the role

This role is suited to anyone of any working age (16 or older) looking for a career as a swimming teacher, a change in direction or some extra income.

The Fast Track Swimming Teacher posts offer various working hours to fit within our Learn to Swim development programme. There is a minimum requirement of 2.5hrs per week.

Payment starts at National Living Wage of £9.50 an hour, progressing to £10.17 (pay award pending) on completion of both courses.
